iLearn - Unconscious Bias (Renfrewshire Council staff only) | Courses can be completed at any date / time. | http://intranet.renfrewshire.gov.uk | Unconscious bias is when you either favour or discriminate against one group, or person, without being aware of your actions. This module will help you better understand how unconscious bias can affect your behaviour and impact the workplace, recognising the nine different types of bias and discovering ways in which you can mitigate its influence. | Select iLearn link to the Council internal system. |

How to use the NHSGGC Interpreting Service (NHSGGC staff only) | One session per month until March 2025 | Virtual via MS Teams | Training includes information on: how to use telephone interpreting; accessing BSL Online interpreting; booking face to face interpreters, requesting translations and direct patient access to telephone interpreting. | Staff Training - NHSGGC |
Hate Crime Awareness (NHSGGC staff only) | 8 sessions available between April and December 2025 | Virtual via MS Teams | This short session gives participants an understanding of what hate crime is and how to report if witnessed in the workplace.
