We are refreshing our current Strategic Plan for a further two years. Any comments you might have on our proposed draft are welcomed and all will be considered.
Throughout the period of our most recent Strategic Plan, the health and social care sector has faced an extremely challenging financial landscape. This was, and continues to be, due to increasing demand for health and social care services, an ageing population and higher costs across the country.
Therefore, rather than developing a completely new Strategic Plan, we believe it makes sense to refresh our current Plan for a further two years. This will allow us to continue our focus on the immediate priorities that lie ahead of us but also continue to work towards delivering the activities that people told us were most important to them.
We have worked collaboratively with the IJB's Strategic Planning Group to develop this draft of our refreshed plan.
Any comments you, or your organisation might have are welcomed and all will be considered.
This consultation is now open and will run until 30 April 2025.
