October 4-10 is Challenge Poverty Week 2021 and in Renfrewshire we're working together to ensure that benefits and money advice for people in vulnerable situations is the very best it can be. Individuals and families also have increasing concerns about debts and new benefits and grants they may be entitled to but do not know how to access them. Or they may not even be aware of them. We have provided information on local services that provide support.

New visitor cabins at our care homes
New cabins at Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership care homes make visiting a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Carers Week runs from Monday 7 to Sunday 13 June 2021. It is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. It also helps people who don't think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support.
RASA is an alliance of statutory, voluntary and community groups who have come together to influence and strengthen community action by empowering communities to end mental health stigma and discrimination, and promote community health and wellbeing.
