Chargeable adult social care services

What we charge for, who needs to pay and what reductions you can get.

There are different types of charges for adult care services. These are:

  • a contribution policy for non-residential charging
  • a residential charging policy for care homes and respite
  • flat-rate charges like meals and alarms, which are not covered by the contribution policy or the residential policy.

See the current cost of services and find out more about charges for non-residential social care for adults.
