If you have difficulty preparing food, our Community Meals Service can provide you with nutritious meals and snacks 365 days a year.
Community meals provides:
- Hot and cold meals or snacks at lunch time to people who have difficulty preparing food.
- Each meals costs £3.17 and includes delivery.
Referral details:
An assessment of need is required.
All new referrals require to be directed through the Single Point of Access by the Adult Services Referral Team (ASeRT).
